Appoinz charges for the resources you use, not your growth. These never cost extra:
- Staff, products, and services
- Bookings and customers
- Direct web bookings — no commission
- Messaging on Telegram, plus WhatsApp (billed by Meta at cost — no Appoinz markup)
- Branded storefront and dashboard access
Add-ons scale with you
Everything else is unlimited. These are the only extra costs — lower plans pay more per unit, higher plans get a volume discount.

Pricing questions
What happens when I run out of AI messages?
Your plan includes an AI message allowance each month. Need more? Add extra messages at your plan's add-on rate, or upgrade to the next plan — when you need more of everything, upgrading is cheaper than stacking add-ons.
Do you take a commission on bookings or sales?
No. Direct bookings and sales through your storefront are commission-free on every plan. There are no per-seat or per-product fees either.
Are locations limited?
Each plan includes a set number of active locations — 1 on Starter, 3 on Growth, 7 on Pro, and 15 on Scale. Need more? Additional locations cost $20/month each on Starter, $17 on Growth, $16 on Pro, and $10 on Scale, and inherit your existing storefront and dashboard.
Does storage cost extra?
Every plan includes storage for customer records, bookings, conversations, and brand assets — 5 GB on Starter up to 50 GB on Scale. If you need more, extra storage is billed per GB at your plan's add-on rate.
What's unlimited on every plan?
Staff, products, services, bookings, customers, direct web bookings, messaging channels, and your branded storefront are unlimited on every plan. Only AI messages, storage, and additional locations are metered.
Do I pay extra for WhatsApp?
WhatsApp Business messaging is billed by Meta at cost — Appoinz adds no markup. It's a pass-through charge from WhatsApp itself, not a platform fee.
What does Enterprise include?
Enterprise is for 16+ locations, 50,000+ messages a month, or teams needing SSO, API, audit logs, or a custom SLA — with volume pricing, onboarding, and migration services.
